Now prepping for their fourth appearance in the last six years, our Houston Astros are about to return to their rightful place competing in the 2022 World Series. After completing a dominating 4-0 sweep against the New York Yankees in the Bronx, the boys at Minute Maid return home with heavy hardware as they are the American League champs yet again. If you’re a diehard fan who happens to have cut the cable cord, you may be wondering how you can watch the games. We can help, but first, let’s review.
Securing the AL pennant and as the winningest team in the league, ‘the Stros have earned a nice four days of rest and home field advantage. Hosting the National League Champions, the Philadelphia Phillies, in a best-of-seven series, games one and two are set to take place at Minute Maid Park as the series gets underway Friday at 7:03 p.m. Following the two home games, the Astros will square off against the Phillies in the city of brotherly love for games three and four October 31 and November 1. If necessary, game five will be slated to take place in Philadelphia November 2 and the team will travel back to Houston for games six and seven on November 4 and 5.
