Kajol reveals people have stopped daughter Nysa, taken autograph in Singapore buses: ‘It’s strange but…’

Bollywood actress Kajol is gearing up for the release of her film Salaam Venky. The actress, who has often talked about her and Ajay Devgn‘s daughter Nysa, has now opened up about how the star kid is known all over the world. The actress was talking about the difference between her and Nysa’s time. Kajol explained that while people knew she was Tanuja’s daughter, but not at the scale that people know about Nysa. It was during this conversation that Kajol revealed how Nysa has been stopped in Singapore buses for autographs often.

In an interview with Mashable India, Kajol said: “At that time, there was no social media so I think life was much easier for us as children. Yes, people knew I am Tanuja’s daughter and there was a certain pre-conceived notion but not as much as it is today. Nysa was studying in Singapore. A few times people have stopped her on the bus and took her autograph.”

Kajol, daughter of Tanuja and Shomu Mukherjee, entered showbiz years ago. She got married to Ajay Devgn in 1994 and welcomed her daughter Nysa in 2002 and son Yug in 2010. While Yug is relatively away from the limelight, Nysa often hits headlines for different reasons.
