Located right in the middle of the Bastar heartland, Kanger Valley National Park is Chhattisgarh’s pride and joy. The national park gets its name from the Kangar River which flows through it. Tirathgarh Waterfalls is one such beauty. After the caves, it is probably the most popular tourist attraction in the region. The stunning waterfall, when in full capacity, turns white, and is also known locally as Milky Falls. Right next to the waterfall, there is a temple dedicated to Shiva and Parvati.
