1. Comfort Over Chaos
Make your travel environment comfy and relaxing as best you can. Wear your PJs or comfy clothing. Have a chill set up with iPad or music and make sure you take control of the space you have.
Taking supplements to help in situations really is a saving grace for me . So when I am flying I take melatonin for sleeping the night I arrive to help me get a good sleep and feel refreshed and also Brillia to help lower my anxiety and s levels, as travelling really does impact my ability to stay focused and stress free.
